  ☆Reservation Instructions:
1. Registered representatives can arrange accommodation on their own or book hotels through the official website of the General Assembly before March 12 and pay full room charges. Hotel reservations after that date will not be accepted by the General Assembly. Individual delegates who need to make reservations need to register on the website of the General Assembly and pay registration fee before they can enter the hotel reservation page for online booking. Team booking should be registered in the team center of the website of the General Assembly and pay registration fee before online booking.

2. According to the hotel's guarantee for the number of nights in the accommodation room, delegates to the conference must stay in the hotel for at least three consecutive nights, that is, from March 19 to March 21. Before booking, please check the room balance updated at any time on the conference website, and do not choose the hotel that has been booked.

3. Deadline for hotel booking and remittance: March 12, 2020 (inclusive). After the Conference Secretariat receives the full room charges, it will arrange the rooms according to the order of receipt of the room charges and notify the delegates by e-mail. When you check in, please report your name to the hotel reception desk and pay the deposit of the room card. The number of rooms is limited. Reservations are not accepted after March 12 and at the conference site. Please make a reservation in advance. All charges are not refundable once they are paid.

4. Any way of remittance, please be sure to fill in the appendix, indicating: conference name + representative name + hotel name, so as not to be unable to confirm. For example: COOC + Li Ming + hotel name.

5. The official invoice of accommodation fee is provided by Shanghai Ruiou Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. The invoice will be provided at the time of meeting report. The invoice content is uniformly issued: conference service fee and hotel accommodation fee. The handling fees and service charges arising from the remittance shall be borne by the remitter. If the invoice is overdue, you can express yourself at your own expense.
