1.      About the accommodation,
Registered delegates can make your own arrangements for accommodations, Can also
be within the prescribed period of time by the conference secretariat above
hotel reservation. Reserve a bed on behalf of all need to be unified pay the
whole session of room charge, Reservation: online booking.
2.      Before online reservation, please check and choose only the available rooms & not the
unavailable rooms.
3.      Your Room confirmation would be provided by the Conference Committee Secretary via email only on receipt of the room deposit fee. Please note that registration for wet labs will be confirmed upon payment on a first-come first-served basis and seats are limited.
4.      Due to limited rooms availability. The registrationsite does not accept the hotel reservation.
5.      Please note that the Organizer will not refund your room booking deposit fee in case of no show or cancellations.
6.      The Deadline Date of Room Reservation and Payment:Sep. 11, 2020.The organizer will handle the transfer of all hotel room deposits to nominated Hotels as and when we receive the said deposit. On check in date, please provide your name and pay the balance amount of your room fee. The hotels will issue an invoice as and when delegates will check out.
7.      The hotel room rent is including one/two breakfasts as per your term of stay.
